You must have a minimum of 50 guests to rent the whole bar.  This includes inside and the beer garden, when weather permits. Pricing is dependent on the day of the week. Sunday-Wednesday for 3 hours for the whole bar, there is a $500 rental fee and a $1500 tab minimum.   Friday and Saturday for the whole bar there is a $750 rental fee and a $2500 tab minimum.

Beer garden rentals do not come with a weather guarantee. In the event your day ends up being rainy or any other sort of midwestern weather appears, we will do our best to accommodate your party, but you will not have a private space indoors. Sunday-Wednesday for beer garden rental, there is a $200. Rental fee and $1000 tab minimum. Friday/Saturday Beer garden rental there is a $400 rental fee, and $1600 tab minimum.

Guests can also rent out half of the beer garden. Please email us for specifics for this option.

All of our pricing is for a 3 hour event. If you’d like your event to be longer, please let us know and we can get you the correct pricing. 

All guests must be 21+ years old.

The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Street parking available.

Decorations are allowed if discussed during booking.

All bookings require a contract, 25% deposit, and pre-authorized credit card.

Deposits are refundable unless within 30 days of the event. Within 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Final amount is due at the end of the event.

Sadly we don’t have a kitchen, plates, or silverware. You’re more than welcome to bring in anything you like! Please discuss during booking.

Limited storage is available for cakes and other similar items.
